James Norton brings more than 25 years of finance, accounting, operations, reporting, and systems experience to Fourteener Strategies. With extensive in-house law firm leadership experience and advisory work with owner-led businesses across industries, James understands how financial information, people, processes, and systems affect the decisions leadership needs to make.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), James works directly with owners, executives, partners, and leadership teams. His background includes fractional CFO and strategic advisory work, financial cleanup and stabilization, reporting and dashboard development, and process and finance-function improvement.
James leads client engagements directly. When an engagement requires additional expertise or execution capacity, he brings in trusted specialists and professional partners to ensure the work is completed effectively.
